BMWCCA can offer and do what they want, but as people mentioned before...it falls on BMWNA. Maybe it is a shady way to get more members, but BMW is going to do what BMW is going to do.

They (BMW CCA) were actually very helpful when I called to ask about my spouse's rebate as an Associate Member. Have to say much more helpful than any time I called BMW NA about software support.
