I do have the massage merino leather seats and yes, I fell they are harder than the non massage seats on the X5 I test drove before. Harder than the ones on any of my other cars, Audi S6, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Colorado Pick Up, Toyota Sequoia, are the ones I drove lately.
I will try to find a solution, maybe have an upholstery shop put more foam in the seat?
