It's bundled with 5AR for the Japanese market, but it doesn't seem to have a dependency on the eTJA coding options being set. 5AR needs 5AU so the actual dependency is DAP.
It uses the extended KAFAS and probably also the radars (FRSx) that DAP (5AU) uses, so that appears to be a hardware dependency.
That said, I haven't tested it with anything other than 5AU so can't say with authority but I know where my money would be.
