Sorry, I'm obviously not being a lot of help on this one.
I did go back and read the start of the thread, as I was confused... 
So, you do have a Production #. It was in the original picture you published. It's 0644549. (Unless, your dealer swapped you to a different allocation, which would have changed your Production # and likely Build Week?)
What was confusing me was how you didn't have one, yet indicated you were checking things online, as to my limited knowledge, the only way to check your status online or calling BMW NA is to either have a Production # or a VIN.
I'm surprised you don't have a date if you're Week 9...Did the BMW NA Production Specialist confirm you have a Week 9 build? (I know that I've called and confirmed my Week #, so that is information they have that you don't when checking online...) Alternatively, you could ask your dealer for a new copy of the Vehicle Inquiry, as that will have it as well.

Oh sorry! Yes I do have actually 2 production numbers. I'm having 2 cars built at different dealerships and they both had the same build week. Both are showing the exact same process. The dealer is seeing the same as me. Just weird that if you order a 40i then your build week is the time your car is done. But if it's a M50i it seems depending on the options it can be done whenever they want. 🤷🏽*♀️
