I hate to break it to you but this car just isn't worth 13,5 as a salvage title car with 200k miles. With visible damage and scratches all around, no mention of OFHG, valve cover gasket or oil pan gasket being done either. This is likely why it is just sitting here not sold for such a 'rare' car.
