This forum has been immensely helpful. I started my search 10 days ago by calling all dealers in WA and Oregon. None of them had available cars or allocation for a confident 2022 delivery. The ones that had available cars had a 5-7% markup. Happy to announce that I was able to pickup someone's cancelled order today in the Seattle area (at MSRP - Corporate Rebate).
PNW, especially WA has been bad with availabilities and huge markups. Given that, getting MSRP is a "deal" for me
