Hey guys. running into a problem. Over the thanksgiving weekend, I researched a few jacks while my tire rack order is in transit to my place.
I have air-suspension and at its middle level, the ground to jack point clearance is 9in for fronts and 10in for rear. Most of the jacks I saw on amazon start with a minimum height of 11in. I can go do a floor jack but that would be my 2nd preference. I would really prefer those bottle jacks which are low profile and portable.
I found a good bottle jack on Harbor Freight - 8ton with minimum retracted height at 9in and 4ton with min height at 7in. I would prefer the 8ton one.
The issue is with he 8ton one starting at 9in height, there is no place to have the jack pad

The bottle jack's protruding arm has a circular top (1 and 1/2in) diameter.
2 questions - can I do the bottle jack compared to floor jack? here's the link (
