Huh....that's odd. Anyhoo, if it helps, here's how it was explained to me:
Without customer authorization (either written or electronic e-signature depending on state) on a contract addendum BMW sends you (in response to your request for deferral), the original contractual T&C's remain unchanged. And your payments are due in accordance with the original terms. |
Upon further inspection It has nothing to do with deferred payments.
