All looks good then, nothing fishy with the fees, MF is not marked up, all calculates to the payment they are quoting (damn 10.1% tax that sucks!!).
So deal looks good, discount isn't great at 4% but if you have limited dealers and that is as good as you can get to, then it is what it is unless you want to order out of state and deal with the extra hassle etc to save another 2-3%.
