I talked to Brian from Sun Motors BMW (great seller btw) and they don't have clear information from BMW about the M Performance Exhaust for the M240i.
Apparently, the part number of the 235 exhaust it's different.
In the shopbmwusa.com page they're offering the "M Performance Exhaust" of the M235i as compatible with M240i but they're also offering a "M Performance Silencer".
Brian told me it's better to wait until BMW clarify all this "exhaust gate".
