I wanted to post about my excellent buying experience with Eric (screen name: 0o0o0o). I purchased a set of wheels/tires from Eric and when they arrived it was clear that one of the wheels had some damage during shipping. I made Eric aware of the issue and he immediately filed a claim with UPS which ultimately ended up being denied. The damaged wheel/tire was shipped back to Eric and he sourced a replacement wheel to replace the returned wheel. He also shipped the tire back separately for me to fulfill a deal with a buyer for all of the tires, which would not work for my application. The replacement wheel arrived today and it was packaged extra cautiously so it arrived safely. Eric did all of this quickly and without any complaint. I have completed many transactions on the various forums and I have to say that Eric went above and beyond to fulfill our deal and I would highly recommend him as a seller to anyone who asks.
