Did you try any other X5/X6 at the dealership and see if you can find one wothout the noise? I saw a demo x6 that does not, and it appears to have less options (such as the lack of woreless charging pad and glass elements).Maybe that will give the dealership some ideas?
And did your advisor say anything about that service bulletin? If there is a bulletin and it is not fixed, then they have to keep trying to "fix" it, right?
