So i wrote to BMW Canada last week with the diagnosis results from the dealership, and BMW Canada talked to the dealership and it seems like they are aware of the problem. And they also noted that BMW in Germany is also aware.
However, again, now they are looking into the problem with the manufacturer...and there is no answer in when and how this problem can be fixed.
sigh.
