The other wheel did not go up at the same time - I assume I'd have to lift higher for that but that would've made putting the new wheel back on a lot harder. Awesome. Glad it worked out for you. I was worried the first time as well and felt I was a bit overkill in my research just to swap wheels, but it's better being safe and ready. Safe drives this winter!
