It's a glitch on the configurator...if you add the M-Sport, it removes the aluminum dark mesh, but then you can go back to the interior options and add it back. I can confirm because I just took delivery of my M Sport 45e with this trim  |

Correct. But ultimately you just need to make sure your SA puts it on your build sheet and you're good.
