Picked up my touchscreen delete X7 today. The car originally arrived on Monday. The dealership didn't get their software downloaded until around noon. I was the 2nd car in line but mine got done around 3 PM local time. So far no issues with the car. Regarding the paperwork, there's a form that you have to fill out that basically acknowledges that you know there a is a touchscreen delete:
