when these badges and roundels were announced, someone pointed out that didn't make sense on the 45e. it says "electrified by i" but it's an "e" vehicle. i think it's safe to say these badges and particular roundels with their bright blue ring are leftover stock after the discontinuations of both the i8 in Apr 2020 but more so the i3 just recently in Jul 2021.
