OP - Your dealer will not be able to sync the two. Try deleting the app and reinstalling. Are you having any other issues with the app? Can you remote start?, hit the horn, get window status, etc.?

My dealer is where I got the last update, so I'm wondering if they didn't complete something to update the app. The app works fine for all other functions. It just has the wrong OS version and won't download the new one. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. No changes
