Thanks Paul! I'm amazed how helpful my fellow M5 forumites are!
What you've just listed has made my day - car has Comfort Access & Surround View!!! They weren't listed on the advert, and the pictures weren't clear enough for me to see the surround view button next to the gear stick.
This is just getting better and better - driving to Kent tomorrow to see the car at 11am - will report back. But I'm pretty sure I'm gonna sign on the dotted line.
