Did a little more research. The wheel lock set ending in 961 replaced the following sets:
36 13 6 782 987
36 13 6 792 851
I have one of the above. I think they will work as the thread size is the same. The spacer on the current lock set may have been added to fit additional wheels. McGard's website show the same set that I have fitting the 2018 X5 but the 2019 is not listed yet. I am tempted to install my old set that lacks the spacer. Has anyone done this?
