I bought my 2013 E70 with a Sand Beige interior... Very light color, BUT not as light as the ivory. I had ongoing battles with blue jean dye transfer. Good news was, it came right out with leather cleaner. Bad news was, I had to clean the seat bases every other month or more.

It may be that the newer BMW leather is impervious to blue jean dye... or - maybe some of the newer leather treatments prevent the transfer in the first place.

I'm trying Coffee/Brown this time around (with my new G05) so I can spend less time worrying about cleaning up dye/stains. Time will tell with regard to both leather colors! I love the Ivory interior... just... in someone else's X5!
