The FM radio works fine as do other audio sources. Satellite radio, however, does not. I can select the satellite station but no audio plays other than FM radio. I can select the Satellite preview station but still only the FM radio's audio plays through the speakers.
The car is still inside the Satellite radio's free trial period but even still, if it were the subscription expiring I would expect to get audio from Channel 1 (preview station).

Great
Picked up new 40i and 530i yesterday. Completed the ESA before I left the BMW center and both cars shows up to connected app while I was at the center.
XM is working fine on 530i but no audio is on X5. Did the refresh signal and rebooted drive as per the below URL, now the preview is working on X5 but It can't select other channels. On selecting other channels/stations the same preview is playing.
However no issues on 530i, XM is working fine.
Any idea?
