Different countries have different set of standard options & additional options. It's bmw's way of marking up there cars to make $$$$.
Confuses/confounds the hell out of their customers.
With internet access worldwide they should simplify their marketing if every coutry can have the same options.
Black flywheel aluminum is offered in Canada.
Be careful, At different angles, Brushed aluminum would reflect sunlite back onto your interior glass or shine in your eyes.
