The current bmw marketing says it is available now as an added option to parking assist. That might change for 2020 but my impression is that it can be ordered now with parking assist.
But, then again, they never make these things crystal clear. I plan to get an answer from my dealership, who said he had to talk to the regional rep, and will let the forum know what they say.
