They are marking up the MF, the base for this month is .00128. Given the MF it probably doesn't pay to put cash down versus the return you can get elsewhere but that would be a personal preference.
Edit: I ran the numbers for zero down through the leasehackr calculator and come up with a payment of 1,356 rather than their 1,388. Once you get the correct MF and number from them you should probably do the same to make sure your calculations match theirs.
