You could get "Tonal" and will take care of most of your light weight routines and will take up no space at all..fits on standard studs, requires 7' of width when arms fully extended and min 7' ceiling..when compared to annual cost of two memberships it was a no brainer for us as we wanted home gym and had a small spare room that is 9X13.. requires membership for first year but after you can cancel.. (i mostly use custom programs but my wife likes the guided workouts which is perfect for her).. also you can add additional cable accessories such as V Handle, Rotating Bar, V-Shaped Bar..
