I recently did a hybrid coating on our new X7 in our garage this winter. I washed with chemical guys eraser, then used a quick clay mitt wipe (paint was new) on entire car. Washed and wiped with chemical guys wipe out and then applied Wolfgang paint sealant. Took about 3-4 hours to do everything. Including waiting 45 min for sealant to cure like they recommend. After drying for 12 hours I applied a quick hybrid spray wax and so far it's been noticeably cleaner. The only parts that still get dirty are the back and lower sides and they clean right up with water and quick wash.

I chose Wolfgang as its supposedly one of the better quick sealants and should last 3-6 months. I didn't expect professional ceramic performance and don't mind repeating this process 2 or 3 times per year.

I've also used mothers ceramic CMX spray and it's easy to apply as well. I use it on my wrangler and it acts similar to the Wolfgang.
