Same thing for the 30d/Diesel from the factory, only supports Eco/Comfort/Sports/Sports Individual modes, no Sports+ mode.
I've actually enabled Sports+ in my 30d via coding through Bimmercode, you should be able to do the same, but just be careful as your vehicle is a Hybrid and not sure if Sports+ mode might do something bad.
I thought the latest BMW PHEVs (including the 45e) had "XtraBoost"mode?, which enables the electric motor to provide extra power in addition to the petrol motor for extra/harder acceleration. I would expect that to be the equivalent of Sports+ for the 45e?
Also noticed "XtraBoost" mode is configurable in Bimmercode, so if it doesn't come enabled from the factory, you can always code it.
