Yes, I have this same issue/rattle. It will cut thru any audio, and is directly related to bumps in the road. I keep pushing on different parts of the door and the B pillar trim, but I can not isloate the sound. The car is very quiet otherwise, which almost makes this worse. I have had 2 experiences with BMW service, and they would laugh me out of there for a complaint like this.
