Yeah there's that difference on the road, but in the USA you can set Speed Limit Assist to adapt to the route which I have mine set on in iDrive. 96% of the time I'm always driving around in Assisted Driving mode, Adaptive EDC and the Speed Limit Assists will slow the X5 to stop at intersections with Stop signs.
