I just went through the same process with my wife's vehicle - I ended up getting a $11K when KBB and Manheim said $12K - Problem is that the sales person is a new client of mine (Insurance) so I couldn't negotiate as rough & tumble as normal. And too, they gave me about 11.5% off the vehcile...
I can go into Manheim and get an MMR report for you if you list the make,model, miles and condition - The MMR is composite of ALL similar units sale prices going through the Manheim Auction system.
