Yes - I meant to respond to you on this. I went through the opening steps ope opening an account but stopped when I thought they may do a credit pull. A couple of days later I got an email asking if I’d like to continue or if they could answer any questions so I asked them about this and they said yes, that a hard credit check is required to open an account.
