I know, but I have seen the glass controls in person and they are gorgeous. On a 90K SUV what's 650 bucks. Actually I have seen some threads where guys are looking to add the glass shifter, they wish they had ordered it. Same with the headlights - DO NOT get the base lights. Not only are they rated poor by the IIHS , but the DRL's look like they blew a fuse. Get the lasers. Plenty of talk about retrofitting those as well by folks who skipped them. And nobody "needs" a X5. A highlander or Pilot would be sufficient. Wants & likes come into play here.
