Despite this being an old thread, I'm in the same boat and have done extensive google searches and come up with not much. Bimmer-tech seems to be about the only player in this market right now.
I'm going to check out the Bimmer-Tech Front View Camera Retrofit for my 2022 X5 xdrive40i M-Sport (minus the parking assist package) and hope for the best. I'll come back when I can give some actual feedback.
