When you upload from your puter to the sites Attachment Manager and then click Upload, do you see that your pix actually uploaded as in these screenshots?
Also, make sure you pay attention to the accepted file types and sizes that are listed in the Attachment Manager window. If not, it will give you an error msg but its very tiny and easy to miss.
