Their numbers are definitely not reflecting the deal that is shown on your sheet. There must be some information/fees they are not showing. Their MSD calculations are also not correct since your "due at signing" amount is off. The DAS can't be your monthly payment plus 7 MSDs since the numbers don't add up. They have the DAS as 8,309.73 and your monthly payment as 1,159.73 meaning the MSD amount would be 7,150. That would mean each MSD payment would be 1,021.43 which can't be correct since an MSD payment is always rounded up to the next 50 dollars unless something has changed this year. Here is the MSD rule sheet from last year when the program was reinstated nationwide.
Thanks, so that’s useful info. They came back with a revised sheet saying they messed up some calculation. Does this look right?
