As far as caffeine, start to try to space out the time in between coffees slowly and try to drop 1-2 coffees per day. The more caffeine you drink the less effect it has on you.

You can also try other things for energy:

Nootropics
Green tea extract
Black tea (highest caffeine hot tea <50mg per bag)
