Use a reputable company that has their own dedicated workers, not temps or 'contractors'. DK if they pay for themselves on the energy savings, but the improvement in utility makes them a top notch home-mod in my book (easier to open, clean; quieter and less drafts). Sometimes there are also tax breaks or other local incentives for them.
