Eco pro setting regulates motor management and acceleration but also seat heating an AC settings. I have not activated those because in the summer the AC can't get the car cold enough in eco pro.

You can also set a maximum speed because it really makes a difference in consumption driving 140 vs 120. Driving above 130 is not considered ecological anymore and the dash turns grey instead of blue to remind you of that.

Probably eco pro makes most sense in city driving with a lot of accelerations because it forces you to accelerate less.

I don't think that driving 2 hours with the same speed and some accelerations will differ much between eco pro and adaptive. And I prefere having full potential if I want to accelerate.
