^^ certainly possible they are saving some pennies by not offering in the top trim M models but at a 20-30K premium over what a "Normal" X5 cost you would think they throw in ALL the bells and whistles. They did in every other area of the car except for the lights in the pano roof. Not a huge deal i guess since the car is awesome in so many ways and i'm usually not looking up while driving the car lol.

Same model with all the bells and whistles in other markets are at a 25k-30k premium over US X5Ms
