You should be seeing the same "Climate Control Rules" for the passenger that you had previously only for the driver.
07/2020.54 doesn't have any Climate Control Rules for the passenger. No "Auto" seat heating/cooling when the outside temp reaches your customized temperature setting.
I really want this feature because that's the very first thing my wife does when she gets in the car. Pushes the seat heating/cooling button to turn on the seat heating/cooling.
