Sorry I’m on holiday this week so don’t have the email with me. It was the only 7 digit reference so just try the online chat.
You have to actually go into the configurator for it to appear and then just ask for the status on order xxxxxxx. They don’t ask for any other details and can tell you the week scheduled for build and delivery.
They’ll soon tell you if it’s the wrong reference.
