Has anyone had success in getting the problem fixed? I took mine to the dealer and they tried reinstalling the software and only managed to down grade it to a older version. Something about the Ista software not being current and them not having the current version downloaded and didn’t have admin rights to get it downloaded. It’s going back Friday I won’t be taking it back until they fix it.
