I cycle my PWOs. Currently Jekyll + Hyde (cycle between this, Transparent Labs Bulk which tastes awful, and pre-JYM). The J+H is a lot of caffeine. I used to take Rage, but they remove the evodiamine. I respond really well to Evodiamine, but sadly not much out there anymore.
In addition, I use a beta alanine (unflavored), ATP, creatine and aminos with whatever I am taking at the moment. Increase your beta-alanine (no more than 2.5g's/ serving, a couple times a day) You'll tingle =) Body doesn't have any benefit over something like 1.8g's in a serving. Can't remember where I read that. So I supplement any PWO that does not have ~2-2.5g's and count that as one of the servings.

What BA really does is that it balances out lactic acid. Forms a pH barrier so to speak. Probably a lot more in that article than I can remember from studying it a few years ago =)
