RedLine by VPX - I usually drink half a bottle (as it's a double dose) while doing my warm up/stretching. I buy them in bulk on Amazon and stretch with some of the articles at
TopStretch. Sometimes I'll buy them at GNC (a lot more expensive) if I'm waiting for delivery. Do not drink the whole bottle your first time!
We actually used to mix RedLine with vodka in college...probably not a good idea in hindsight.
