You should of just swapped the filters and left the lid closed on all the runs.
The ECU was probably so confused with the amount of air coming in from having the lid on, then off, then put back on.
It doesn't make sense that your highest run would be with the stock filter and the lid on.
And it be significantly higher than the first runs with the lid on, and even higher than the runs with the lid off, and measurably more torque too.

I personally think your ECU was drunk by the last run.
I agree with you! When you say numbers are fudged, do you mean they are low or too high or that the comparison between the filters is messed up. I think I'll go back and re dyno once I get the R switch. Also, it wierd b/c every run except run2 got increasing higher numbers. No matter the situation with the filter and air box. I think the numbers are pretty good still.
