I’ve ordered from them several times and they always keep me aware of both stock availability and shipping time estimates by email and within the order status on my online account. It’s odd to read that the delivery estimate you say it was shown was August 30 and then changed to Sep 3, that looks like the item was not in stock.
Have you tried PM them here in the forum? I hope you get it solved
