They solve it already. Jason , the manager, refund me the shipping and handling cost full amount. He said there was a mistake that ups did not mark it as saturday shipping but in the package i received it was there. I guess it is a mistake by ups. I just recieved it today and order another pair of rear winglet from him which one day delivery will deliver tomorrow.
