I just wanted to provide a little clarity here...customer support is available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm EST per our website and contact form. The emails regarding the issue with this order were sent starting at 5:25pm EST on Friday (8/30) after close of business for the holiday weekend. The issue was resolved on the following business day (Tuesday, 9/3).
Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience but folks, please at least give us a chance to respond before taking issues like these to the forums. If we make a mistake - we're always going to fix it. Our reputation with over a decade's worth of positive reviews on these forums speaks for itself.
