I don't think it is a big deal since I have been selling RaceChip for 5+ years and I haven't got any blown motor to any of my customers who bought from me.
I even used it on my personal cars even to my current F97 X3M Competition.

Yep, i dont think it’s gonnal blown motor too but just worried about CEL show up which for me, it’s annoying to see that.
Do you think with hp increase and toque increase from GTS black, ~50hp and ~70tq we will see different? Compare to JB4 , Velos tuning and DME tuning. I would like to try because RC is plug and play and it seem not so complicate. |
You should feel the difference.
Torque is what you will feel in daily basis.
CEL wise, it will not happen.
RaceChip is well developed before it is being released publicly.
Unlike others where it release a test version or beta version and see whether the end user will encounter any issue or not then fix the firmware.
I never seen RaceChip do that with end users.
